3 Rules (Habits) To Become A Successful Entrepreneur

Igor Carbajo Alba is a highly successful businessman of the 21st century. a multinational conglomerate headquartered in London, UK. He tells wanna-be entrepreneurs to follow these 3 simple rules (or, more specifically, habits) to become successful. 1. It’s Good To Work Hard, But You Need To Work Smart Too Many people think that to become an entrepreneur, they need to work 18 hours a day without spending time on other things except building the business. IT’S NOT AT ALL TRUE. Of course, you need to work harder than ever in setting up your business in the initial days. That doesn’t mean that you need to continue that all your life. Listen, you may be good at some things and average at many things. So learn to work smart to turn the average into better. Working and thinking smarter can improve your productivity, performance, and satisfaction. Implementing the strategies necessary to work smarter, not harder takes some practice and development. 2. Split & Share. We’re Not Superhumans It’s simple! If you aren’t good at a task, split it and share it with others skilled at it. This, in turn, allows you to focus on the other business areas that need development while your fellow teammates are focusing on their tasks. It’s a win-win situation. Remember that we don’t have superhuman strength or speed to work like machines. Everyone has a life outside of work or business. All that matters is how well a person is balancing personal and work life. 3. Fail & Learn Working smart, hiring the right people, getting the work done on time, and doing more with fewer resources are crucial to becoming successful. But above all, you have to be realistic too. Sometimes miserable situations or unforeseeable events occur, ruining your forward momentum. You have to be prepared to fail, but more importantly, learn from the mistakes after failing.
